Israeli cherries

The cherry tree arrived in Israel in the early 1970s from cold Europe and the state of Oregon in the United States. The cherries are growing in mountainous areas with a height of 850 m, the main areas of growing cherries in the country are: Jerusalem mountains, northern Golan heights and Galilee.
